Lost Registration Recovery

If you have purchased a license for one of our macOS software products, but you have lost the registration info to unlock the software, you can make a request to recover the lost information.

In that case, please fill in the following form to submit a request. All applications must by reviewed by hand for security reasons. You will receive the lost data by email. The typical average response time will be 90 minutes if you send the request during Central European office hours. Manual lookup can take up to a maximum of 72 hours.
