Unlocking the software |
If you have not entered a valid registration key yet, Fork Server Helper will run in demonstration mode only: In demo mode it is not possible to run the helper application automatically in the background and upon each start a reminder window will appear. You can unlock the software and remove the reminder window by purchasing a registration key.
Select the menu item Purchase registration key in the menu Help. Fork Server Helper will show detailed instructions that can be printed. A key can be ordered by Internet, phone, fax or postal mail.
Select the menu item Unlock Fork Server Helper in the menu Fork Server Helper. The window MBS Product Registration will be displayed which shows you the current state of your registration. To unlock the application, press the button Add Key….
In the dialog sheet, enter registration name and key exactly as you have received it in the registration e-mail. You can easily copy / paste the two entries into the fields. You can additionally select if the registration should be valid for the current user only, or for all users that work at this computer. After pressing the button Save the license type will be displayed. If everything is correct, the software is now unlocked and the window can be closed.
If an error occurs a message will be displayed. In this case please check the data you have entered.
